The four classes I currently offer: Calming Stress and Anxiety (1 Hour): -Help when anxiety strikes so you can move forward with confidence -Come out of overwhelm so you can clearly see what needs to be done -Release pent-up anger and frustration so you don’t take it out on your kids, partner, or friends -Calm the Fight, Flight, or Freeze Response so you can remain centered even when your day is tough -Release past emotions that may be holding you back from enjoying the present moment Balancing Hormones (1 Hour): -Find relief during PMS and Menopause -Help with weight loss -Stop being too cold or too hot -Help stabilize your blood pressure -Help stabilize your moods and soothe your anxiety -Have more energy! Relieve Pain (1 Hour): -Ease chronic pain so you no longer have to miss out on the activities you love -Bounce back from injuries faster -Relieve chronic headaches so you don’t have to power-through a day in pain -Lessen your reliance on pain medication so you can lessen the risky side-effects and expense Daily Energy Routine (3 Hours): Donna Eden has taught thousands of people how to work with their energies to activate their self-healing abilities. In this class, you will learn her recommended daily exercises that will: -Increase your energy levels so you can do what you want to do -Create healthy energy habits that can turn health issues around and make you feel better- naturally -Help you look and feel younger without having to rely on cosmetics or medication -Help you sleep better so you can wake up rested and ready-to-go! -Foster more joy by removing stress and calming anxiety -Strengthen your immune system so you can fight off illnesses -Think more clearly so you can process information quicker and make better decisions

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please call me at least 24 hours in advance. There is a cancellation fee of $100/session for no-shows or cancelling in the 24 hour appointment window.
